Our younger son Sam and his identical twin brother, Jago, were born at 24+6 weeks on Monday 25 June 2012. They both weighed 1lb. 8oz. Sam was not strong enough to survive being born too soon and too small, and he passed away in our arms later on that night. We felt so blessed and excited to be having identical twins, and Sam will live through his older brother, Jago Sam Ewart Jones. Jago spent 120 days in Jessops Hospital, Sheffield and is continuing to progress extremely well. We will tell him all about Sam, who will always be part of our family and who we miss dearly. Whenever we see a rainbow we think of Sam..he is our little ray of sunshine. Thank you for reading this and contributing to Sam's fund.
